Talk to your squad
with the phone on your desk.
EZ Microphone turns your iPhone or Android into a real microphone for your PC or Mac. Discord, your game's voice chat, TeamSpeak — anything that lets you pick a mic picks this one. And the phone keeps working for you while you play.
Set it up for Discord
Install both apps
EZ Microphone on the phone, from the App Store or Google Play, and its companion on your Windows PC or Mac.
Pair
Scan the QR code the companion shows on your screen. Or just plug the USB cable.
Pick EZ Mic
In Discord: User Settings › Voice & Video › Input Device › EZ Mic. In a game, its own audio settings. Discord's mic test confirms it.
Built for a match, not a meeting
A mute you can see from your chair
The phone lies flat on the desk. Its frame turns red when you're live and amber when you're muted, and it buzzes if you talk while muted.
Your sounds, on the phone
Up to 99 pads, your own MP3, WAV or M4A, trimmed like a voice memo. They fire even while you're muted.
20 voice effects
Robot, Dark Lord, harmonizer, autotune and more — or design your own. Processed on the phone, so Discord just hears a voice.
Never alt-tab out of the match
One volume slider per PC application on the phone: the music, Discord, the game. Too loud mid-round? Fixed without leaving the game.
The game stays out of your mic
Playing on speakers? EZ Mic hears what the PC plays and pulls it out of your voice channel. Measured: 17 dB of echo gone, your voice untouched.
The game chat, translated
Counter-Strike 2's chat shows up on the phone, translated, with the round number. Tap a line to reply in their language — on Windows, even spoken into the game's voice chat.
Match alerts
Out for a drink, the match starts — the phone in your pocket buzzes. Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2 and League of Legends.
Take the PC sound with you
Between rounds, keep hearing the lobby in the phone from the kitchen, and answer from there.
Anti-cheat friendly by design
For the game, EZ Mic is just a microphone. The game features use only the doors the publishers open on purpose: Valve's Game State Integration, Riot's local Live Client API, and the log Counter-Strike 2 writes when you ask it to. Nothing reads the game's memory, nothing draws over it, nothing is injected.
Wi-Fi or cable?
Both work, and the phone switches between them mid-session on its own. Over Wi-Fi your voice is end-to-end encrypted; prefer 5 GHz on a crowded network. The cable is the steadiest. The Mic delay setting picks 30, 50 or 120 ms of buffer: tight for a game, generous for a shaky Wi-Fi.
